Research
Our active research thrusts include:
Halide (/and chalcogenide) perovskites and chalcogenides solar cells and clean energy generation
- Pb-free halide (/and chalcogenide) perovskites for tandem solar cells and water splitting and solar-fuels.
- 2D-TMDC based tandem thin-film solar cells to enhance efficiency of existing CIGS and CdTe technologies.
- Novel materials for clean energy generation (e.g. betavoltaics and waste heat utilization)
